TAEKWONDO WITH YOGA - MEDITATION - PHYSIOTHERAPY

• Give physical training that enables students to develop their self confidence, self-control and self defense skills. It continues to stress the growth and preservation of the student’s mind, body and spirit.

🥋 Taekwondo training incorporates cardiovascular exercise, self-defense techniques, balance drills, calisthenics and several other physical exercises. Training can improve your overall physical condition, strength, and muscle speed.

All serious students learn to utilize these five tenets both inside and outside the dojang (Taekwondo school).

1. Courtesy: refers to the student’s ability to respect oneself and others.
2. Integrity: refers to the student’s adherence to personal honor code of behavior.
3. Perseverance: refers to the student holding steadfast to a course of action, belief or purpose.
4. Self-Control: refers to the student’s capability to keep their emotions and actions consistent and in balance over time.
5. Indomitable spirit: refers to the student freeing their spirit in a manner, which enables them to achieve their greatest level of potential.
